Now 92 target 85

Hey guys since last one month i am doing regular gymming because of my cholesterol issues When i started my weight was 106 and after 40 days its 92. I am also on liquid diet which helped me to reach where i am today. My daily schedule is running 10 kms in 40*2 Min's, cycling for 30 mins, rowing for 10 mins on maximum power and add few weights to that and some yoga. The most amazing thing is when i started my cholesterol was 282 and now its 170 which is perfect . as the normal range is between 150-200. Now my next target is to reach at 85 i hope that happens in next 10-15 days.
